Joanne Csillag

Joanne joined Premier Canadian Mint in 2022 as Director of Human Resources and Project Management. With a strong background in building Human Resources frameworks, she has successfully developed and implemented company policies, procedures and HR practices from the ground up.

Joanne holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto which she completed in 2008, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources with High Honours from 2009. She is currently a registered member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA), holding the designation of Certified Human Resource Professional (C.H.R.P.)

Joanne’s extensive experience in HR coupled with her proficiency in project management, makes her an invaluable asset to Premier Canadian Mint, where she continues to drive organizational growth.
